what
WHAT
This is not possible and I refuse to believe he's done it.
I still have, like, 12 emblems to go after 200+ hours of playing (most... most of which were spent in the Chao Garden, though), and I've only got, like, 3 levels fully A-ranked. D:< |

I did that! Well, sort of. I A-ranked all the emblems in the levels, but then I couldn't face slowly grinding my Chao up enough to beat the last few races and fights, so I Gameshark'd him up to an inhuman level. Which I suppose sort of devalues all the time I spent getting the rest of the emblems. _________________ [quote="Tommy"]Tinytim got it.
At a guess he probably stopped playing it after 5 minutes.

Actually, the sad thing is that I do still feel like playing Kirby (so after finishing Dream Land 3, I fell into a depression until I discovered EarthBound Zero later that day), but I don't have a Gamecube.

Oh yeah, I got them all huh.
...Twice.
*shies away*
And I got all of the Chao race emblems too. There was a time when I was addicted to raising them. As a result, I eventually was able to beat all of the races easily, and have several Sonic, NiGHTS, and Light Chao left over when I was through. |

Yyyyyyyyyyyes, I did, kaoskastle. *reassurement!*
I spent over 120 hours trying to get all the emblems in the game, so I probably did anyway. |

Yeah, I remember how cool I thought it was that they put green hill zone in the game - then seeing the requirements for how to get it and being like "$@#%".
I tried, but I never even got close. I mean, getting A rank on the stuff like Knuckles/Rouge levels is just something you.... you can't do it! O_O
I did really like the Chaos, tho. Those guys were awesome, and I'm pretty bummed they stopped having that feature in the newer games. _________________ [quote="Someone's sig on the AoC forums"]THis game really is more geared towards the adult then, teenbeat wow. Well KBK is actually a bigger aayla secura fan than I am (I'm actually hardly a fan of hers, all I've seen her in is the movies/cartoons and the video game - to an established member of the fan club, I am but a "fanboi" who only likes her for her "rockin bewbs" and "meaty buns".)
So yes, I agree with that statement. _________________ [quote="Someone's sig on the AoC forums"]THis game really is more geared towards the adult then, teenbeat wow. This mmo makes u think, somthing a teenager hates to do. -Skopas, eloquently discussing how grown up AoC is.

Show me a game that isn't a platformer, adventure title, or RPG and I'll chicken out. Those are the only genres I'm really good at. I suck at Mega Man, too. |

No kiddin? With the dedication you proved you had by ace-ing SA2, I figured you'd easily take apart any Mega-man game. _________________ [quote="Someone's sig on the AoC forums"]THis game really is more geared towards the adult then, teenbeat wow. Alright, nobody here has beaten the old-school Mega Man games straight up though anyways (except Dr. Phileas Fragg, but he used both an emulator and save states like a cheaty mccheaterson), with the possible exception of KBK, so if he has, it pretty much confirms his 1337ness.
If not, you two are t3h best anyways. |

Allegedly, The Dark Brotherhood is bringing back the Chao system - but it better be actually like the Sonic Adventure 2 system and not another Tiny Chao Garden that gives you one Chao and like six fruits with no evolution options and says "yeahhhh have fun!" |

To be honest, I'm not skilled enough to beat any Mega Man game without the abuse of savestates. I did so for the Zero series (to an unhealthy amount), and even used a few Gameshark codes for the Battle Network games such as turning off random encounters. So I don't really count those.
So no, I'm not really much of a good Mega Man player, even though I like the series. Currently though, I'm thinking about playing certain games in the series legitimately, just to see if I can. |

You should play Mega Man Legends / Mega Man 64. It's sort of an action-platformer hybrid with some RPG elements. I love it; it's easily my favorite game in the series. I really wanna play Legends 2. |

| I heard the N64 version sucked in comparison, but yeah, I'd like to play Legends sometime. Apparently a lot of fans are demanding for a third game. |

| Well, yeah, because it's so AWESOME. I've heard the Legends 2 expands everything that 1 did and made it all better, but ends on a cliffhanger. And that is why 3 must be made. |

Mega Man 64 remains one of the goddamn coolest games of all time. I love that game and want to replay it AGAIN. After all this time.
It was so damn good at being scary, for me, as a young kid playing it. I freaked the hell out whenever random enemies appeared or hurt me or whatever. What an amazing game. _________________ when the world is sick, can't no one be well? but i dreamt we was all beautiful and strong

The game is called Mother.
And recently I've been playing Tower Defence, which is based on that mini game from Warcraft 3.
Also SSBB. |

WRONG, DUMZ()RZ.
There are lots of differences between Mother and Earthbound Zero, as any real Mother fan would know.
Also, Tower Defense games are based off an Atari arcade game, Rampart. And Starcraft had the first (and still best) TD maps, not Warcraft III: Frozen Throne (which added the mini game, by the way, not vanilla Warcraft III). March 1998 < July 2003.
So only correct Jake when you're in the right. Jake > j00. _________________ LynkStar: Sir, you appear to be severely disabled. I suggest surgery and/or evolution. |

I assumed "Earthbound Zero" was just the unofficial/colloquial name for Mother, used by English speakers. What differences are you referring to, or are you just trolling.
On this note, I really want to play Mother 3. I look forward to the translation being completed. |

For serious. They censored EB0 a lot... And Mother 1 had the same censoring when they re-released the game on GBA in Mother 1+2.
